YOUR ROLE

To expand the Area team, we are looking for an IT System Engineer for our location in Heerlen and Born. As an IT System Engineer you are responsible for the use and management of our WMS System. In your position you know how to interact at different levels, with programmers, the local MT, employees and the customer. As a knowledge owner/adviser, you can be found for various issues and you are also a specialist in (re)setting our WMS System. You like to be and remain informed of all the ins and outs of the system and know how to proactively translate these to our warehouse operation.

You are part of the Operations Excellence team, which is characterized as dynamic, varied and informal. Continuous Improvement is of paramount importance. The working hours in this position are very flexible. You start between 7 and 10, depending on your needs. We trust that you and your direct colleague will ensure that matters are arranged.

Due to your experience with WMS Systems (JDA Dispatcher Standard), you see the (re)design of the system, the translation and the smooth use of this system on the floor as your biggest motivator!
