What you'll do

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Silverflow team!

You’ll have the opportunity to be a part of our Product and Card Scheme team, based in Amsterdam, where you’ll grow your analytical and technological skills, working alongside our product managers and engineers by: 

• Overseeing business operations and monitoring business wide performance of our platform;

• Optimizing our authorization process by analyzing key metrics of the payment process so we can provide data to our clients, internal teams and partners;

• Collaborating across teams to write and maintain accurate documentation both internally and externally; 

• Assisting in quality assurance testing of the new and existing platform features;

• Analyzing client data and trends to identify opportunities for authorization optimization, data integrity issues, and cost efficiencies;

• Staying up-to-date with card network bulletins and rules to ensure that our processes and systems comply with all requirements;

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and outcomes for reference and audit purposes;

• Developing and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy of our transaction cost estimates; and 

• Providing support to internal teams and clients on transaction cost estimation and reconciliation processes to help win business and improve client relationships.

Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and driven individual who has: 

• 0 - 2 yrs of working experience within a technology-based environment.

• A University degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Econometrics, Computer Science or any other technical degree.

• Interest in information technologies and creating new solutions.

• Comfortable with handling large amounts of data.

• Strong communication skills and aptitude when interacting with software engineers and clients.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• An analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problems.

• A ‘getting things done’ attitude with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
