Within Robeco you will work as a Junior DevOps / DataOps Engineerwithin the Technology – Marketing & Distribution Services department. The challenges for companies in the financial sector are greater than ever. The team consists of 18 IT professionals who have successfully delivered high value solutions over the last few years. The team has adopted Agile/DevOps, designs and delivers solutions based on a microservices architecture, and applies the latest technology available like Azure cloud services. The ambition is to further build and expand our capabilities in the marketing, sales and client service domains, and to ensure the team remains the go-to reliable partner for delivering high value solutions
Position & Requirements
As a Junior DevOps/DataOps Engineer within Technology – Marketing & Distribution Services you contribute to the software/infrastructure/data platform, based on Microsoft technology (Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power platform, Azure, Azure DevOps), Snowflake and SaaS services like Seismicthat enablesthe end users to manage the full 'Client Lifecycle' of the customers of Robeco.
You collaborate with end users to develop new features, data integrations and data products, build and maintain release pipelines (CI/CD), data pipelines, implement virtual infrastructure and cloud services (Azure), solve incidents and bugs, and deliver User support.Youare responsible for ensuring thatall IT systems, infrastructureand services run smoothly and seamlessly witheach other, that data is available, reliable and presented in a useful formatand you ensure the security of data and systems. This role requires extensive communication with the end users.

The tasks typically involved are:
Gathering and understandingrequirements;
Developingnew features, release pipelines, automatedtesting;
Building and maintainingData integrations;
Deployments (software, Cloudinfrastructure, CI/CD, Azure services)
Maintenance of (SaaS)applications, virtual infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
Building and maintaining data pipelines, transforming data into a usable format, and ensuring data integrity and consistencythroughoutitslifecycle;
Testingand test automation;
Configuration management;
Lifecycle management (upgrades, keeping track of developments and deprecations);
Data extraction and transformation;
Data governance, automation and orchestration;
(Data)monitoring;
(Data)security;
Performing root-cause analysis;
Solvingtechnicalproblems and bugs;
User support;
What doyou bring with you?
You have a bachelor's or master'sdegree with a focus on Software Engineering/IT, Data science, or equivalent. You are customer-oriented, result-oriented and have strong analytical skills. You have good communications skills and with a strong persuasiveness you know how to win over the various stakeholders for your ideas. You are also a team player who can work well with external and internal staff
In addition, we would like you to have/be or willing to be trained to become :
Experience with implementing/ administering Microsoft Customer Insights, Seismic – Sales Enablement, Click Dimensions, Dynamics 365
Experience with developing on the Microsoft Power Platform
Experience with Microsoft 365 (especially MS PowerPoint)
Experience with API-based data integration in SaaS applications (like Seismic)
Experience withusing/deploying/configuringcloud-based data services offered by Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage etc.)
Experience with deploying Azure resources via Biceps templates
Experience with the Snowflake Datawarehouse platform
Experience with designing, modeling and queryingNoSQL and SQL databases;
Experience with DBT (ETL tooling) and Airflow (workflow/orchestration tooling)
Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repositories);
Experience with Scrum, DevOps, test automation and implementations;
Interest in learning new tools and techniques;
Good command of the Dutch and/or English language in word and writing;
Available 40, 36 or 32 hours a week.
The following is also an advantage:
Familiarity with data definitionsin the Asset Management industry;
Obtained certificates with regards to the skills/tools/technologies mentioned above;
Experience with the Dynamics 365 development framework;
Experience with MuleSoft
Experience with Azure Functions
Experience with C#
