Learning & System Specialist
Company Description
- ------------------
We believe in a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future for dairy farmers, made possible by combining robotics, technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of dairy farming.
This vision began more than 75 years ago with the dream of two brothers in Maassluis. Since then, we have grown into an innovative market leader in automated systems for dairy farmers around the world. Today, 2,500 dedicated professionals work together to drive continuous innovation in agriculture.
We are still headquartered at our Campus in Maassluis, one of the most sustainable business locations in the Netherlands, while operating on a global scale. Our goal remains the same: to make dairy farming an attractive and sustainable profession for generations to come.

Behind the scenes, you ensure that training sessions are professionally organised and that all related administration is handled accurately. At the same time, you have the opportunity to contribute to the further development of our learning processes, systems and services, allowing you to grow along with the role.
**Your main responsibilities are:**
* You plan and organise national and international training sessions, coordinating with internal and external trainers, participants, venues and other stakeholders.
* You manage training administration, process registrations and changes, and keep participant records accurate and up to date.
* You manage training sessions and learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS), keep information up to date and contribute to improvements by identifying opportunities based on day-to-day experience.
* You manage communication and practical follow-up with participants, trainers and stakeholders regarding schedules, changes and other training-related matters.
* You support the evaluation process by collecting feedback and data and making the results available for further follow-up.
* You handle first-line questions and support tickets related to training and the LMS. You also support financial administration by checking invoices and handling administrative tasks related to costs and internal recharging.
Qualifications
- -------------
You enjoy organising multiple activities at the same time and know how to keep a clear overview. You work accurately, communicate easily with different audiences and enjoy supporting colleagues in their learning and development.
**In addition, you bring:**
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* An accurate and structured way of working.
* Good communication skills in both English and Dutch, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
* Flexibility and the ability to set priorities.
* An affinity with digital systems and experience with, or an interest in, working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
* Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
We understand that you may not meet every requirement. If you recognise yourself in most of this profile and enjoy supporting others in their learning and development, we would love to hear from you.
