Job Description

You will be part of the team of professionals responsible for the outsourced logistics centres operations and vendor managed inventory hubs for strategic customers. You will maintain the best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

  • Serve as the overall program lead for company separation initiatives in EMEAWork with business partners to identify requirement for the Flash business, including fulfillment, transportation and trade complianceCollaborate with IT and business to define the appropriate applications within the ERP ecosystemdevelop an execution plan and lead the implementation of above by leading a cross-function team
  • Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers independently and resolve various customer fulfilment exceptions by working cross functionally with internal and external teams
  • Define requirement and lead testing and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet Fulfillment business needs and drive automation initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Undertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence
  • Serve as owner of Fulfillment KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews and driving root cause and corrective actions with suppliers
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years experience in supply chain management
  • 4 year college degree required
  • In depth knowledge of various ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Experience with EDI a plus
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Package [Excel – Advanced/Expert level, Word, Outlook (Proficient in managing a high level of daily email activity), PowerPoint], Project Management tools
  • Experience in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business/system requirements.
  • Ability to meet daily & weekly deadlines to achieve the departmental SLA’s.
  • SKILLS:

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Must be a self-starter and can complete tasks with minimal direction/oversight
  • Concise / effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels in a global organization.
  • Excellent organization skills and effective time management skills to see tasks through to the end.

  • Interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work.
