About the department and role:

Office Management takes care of the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Office Management creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. 

The Technical Maintenance Employee is in charge of the workshop, office area facility maintenance, and repair. He/she reports to the operations manager. 

Main responsibilities:

• Workshop/office area facility maintenance and repair; 
• Support Company fleet management; 
• Waste handling; 
• Assistance in incoming shipments/receipt of goods/packaging (including vehicles uploading support at the port/terminals occasionally); 
• Pick up/drop off colleagues to and from the airport; 
• Follow the determined processes, safety, and environmental instructions; 
• Report improvement opportunities in the organization, processes, and incidents via an improvement note.
  
  

Qualification and requirements:

• Valid European driving license: car, and bus/forklift preferred; 
• Handyman skills – basic electrical, carpentry; 
• Flexible in working hours; 
• Proficient language skills in English. Dutch language skills would be considered a big plus.
