Manager Digital Go-to-Market

Role Overview

Manager Digital Go-to-Market leads, manages and develops a team of marketers in the scope of driving product go to market to our global partner base by supporting the product teams and initiating product go to market optimizations. Driving qualitative product adoption and preventing product churn, helps our accommodation partners to improve their performance on our platform. 

The goal of a Manager Digital Go-to-Market is to drive commercial impact measured in product adoption by driving product go to market across the whole product lifecycle.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

Business Ownership

  • Drive top class product go to market for the ABU product portfolio, throughout the whole product lifecycle to drive product adoption growth through our digital channels.
  • Lead the initiation of product go-to-market improvements to increase adoption, improve quality of adoption, increase partners understanding of the products impact and reduce churn.
  • Own the overall initiatives prioritization based on the business impact and business needs by close collaboration with Sr. product stakeholders and data driven impact focused prioritization of the team's backlog. 
  • Be an authority in the area of product go-to-market, product life cycle and the impact on our business and educate stakeholders accordingly.
  • Act as an end business owner who takes full accountability for all areas of the product go-to-market on our digital channels, ensuring delivery on core business expectations and velocity.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation through the team by planning and progressing projects, activities, and campaigns that contribute to the goals.
  • Identify and track key success metrics that link to company, department, and team strategies.
  • Establish long-term, productive relationships within the organization as the voice of the team across the organization to define the overall direction together with external stakeholders and to contribute to their own and their team’s performance.
  • People Management

  • Lead team members using the Booking values and set the people up for success by providing direction, coaching and autonomy with a situational leadership style and empower and unlock all team members’ ability to do their best work.
  • Be responsible for hiring, onboarding of the team members and managing the performance of the individuals on a day to day basis also iteratively design and improve the team set-up.
  • Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Extensive work experience; 8 - 12 jaars
  • 5+ years of experience leading product marketing teams driving global impact in a Business-to-Business context.
  • Proven track record of commercial impact through digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience in using data and insights to discover commercial opportunities, and swiftly take advantage of those.
  • Experience with managing and coaching teams including building and growing teams.
  • Proven track record of change management, supporting team members and business stakeholders.
  • Expert in leading through influence with stakeholders.
  • Strong and high energy team player demonstrating flexibility and positive communication that motivates and influences achievement of team objectives
  • Business and technology acumen to quickly understand Booking’s objectives and the way all parts of the company work together and define key results in their own area and drive business cases accordingly.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a learning and experimentation mindset.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication with the ability to facilitate discussions with both execution and leadership teams.
