As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take technical ownership of mechanical design activities across complex projects. You will drive designs from early trade-offs to detailed release, ensure high engineering quality, and mentor other engineers, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

**What you'll do**

* Lead mechanical design from concept, trade-offs and analysis to detailed design and release.

* Ensure designs meet requirements for manufacturability, reliability and integration.

* Contribute to mechanical aspects of thermal-related topics (interfaces, housings, conduction/insulation design choices).

* Run and participate in design reviews, risk mitigation and technical decision-making.

* Guide and mentor junior/medior engineers and help raise team standards (documentation, reviews, ways of working).
