• Design and develop mechatronic systems,such as control systems, sensing systems, and actuation systems forARMs.
• Help out with the integration of themechatronic systems with the overall robot system.
• Develop algorithms for controlling the motionand behavior of the ARMs.

Validatethe performance and reliability and ensure growth and improvementsby:

• conducting tests and simulations• Ensuring requirements and specifications are met and ensuring asmooth implementation.
• Staying up to date withindustry trends and advancements in mechatronics technology.
• Optimizing processes to meet up with theincreased product volumes, while ensuring interchangeability andcompatibility.

Functie-eisen

REQUIRED

• BSc or MScdegree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in mechatronic engineering or a relatedfield, preferably in the autonomous mobile robot industry.
• Knowledge of control systems, robotics, andmechatronics. • Familiar with working with sensors, actuators, andother mechatronic components.
• Skillful inprogramming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB.
• Excellent communication skills.

PREFERRED

• Experience with SolidWorks and itsPDM/PLM systems.
• Knowledge of EPlan.
• Design experience specifically with AMRs.
• Experience using Finite Element Analysis (FEA)tools to verify designs.
