• Collaborate closely with internalstakeholders from various departments and external suppliers tooversee the development of multiple mechatronicactivities.
• Translate project objectives intospecific product requirements, working closely with suppliers todesign, validate, and implement solutions for marketintroduction.
• Execute Six Sigma deliverablesand resolve problems in alignment with DMAIC (Define, Measure,Analyze, Improve, Control) principles.
• Initiateand provide guidance for validation and release activities to meetproject milestones.
• Engage in or leadSimultaneous Engineering teams to ensure effective collaborationand integration of various aspects.
• Maintain astrong focus on ensuring that components meet requirements relatedto emissions, functionality, reliability, quality, robustness, andmanufacturability.
• Analyze results andformulate comprehensive technical proposals, including presentationto management for decision-making.

Functie-eisen

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree inMechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
• Possessa minimum of 3 years of experience in the development of AutomotivePower Electronics.
• Demonstrated ability tocollaborate effectively within a team and communicatewell.
• Proficiency in managing multiple taskswith a structured approach.
