Mendix developer Community and Collaboration

Become part of the Community and Collaboration unit!  We are a driven, multi-disciplinary, diverse, and fun team. We use Mendix to grow and support the community of Mendix makers and stimulate collaboration across the relevant stakeholders in digital transformation. We do this by building, running and always innovating our online Mendix platform. Some examples of apps in our platform are the developer portal, the forum, the academy & the control center. And next to those we also care a lot about the overall user experience of our platform and the services it delivers like signing up, user onboarding & messaging. 

If you want to use your development skills to:

  • You're the innovator we need if you:

  • You have a minimum of 3-year overall experience with implementing Mendix Solutions,
  • Have solid experience working with the Mendix Platform and want to improve it by working at the home of Mendix itself,
  • Know your way around forms, domain models, entities, microflows, transactions, non-persistent-entities etc. Mendix security concepts like XPath constraints and user roles are second nature for you,
  • Have experience working in agile environments,
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • Love to drive innovation and you have an affinity for technology and its latest trends,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Open minded, being able to think outside the box,
  • Collaborative and willing to take ownership and walk the extra mile,
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal customers/technical peers to support effective delivery of new features and apps,
  • Have high-energy, are results driven.
  • Bonus:

  • Bachelor of Computer science, Information Technology, Business studies or any technical studies is a plus,
  • You bring a lot of ideas to innovate our platform(both technical and functional) and our development process,
  • Experience with Java and or JavaScript.
