NE IT Supply Chain Analyst

Overview

The IT Supply Chain Analyst manages client relationships and all aspects of technology delivery and support for Customer Service & Logistics, Manufacturing in Northern Europe. In particular, primary focus on the plants Zaandam & Rotterdam besides full understanding & support of Integration with 3PLs/Comans/Customers and plants in NE. Coordination and follow up of Security topics in NE is also part of the role.

Key accountabilities:

  • Partners with business sponsors to influence business case, identify high level business requirements and align on initiatives that will enable their business objectives
  • Works closely with the IT PM’s NE to ensure alignment
  • Works with sector IT resources to ensure operations of technology services
  • Works with development and delivery, operations and CTO teams to ensure effective solution delivery and ongoing operations
  • Works with team members in other IT organizations to develop prototype solutions
  • Partners with the key stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive process improvements
  • Works with IT and project teams to define as is and to be processes
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to cascade vision and best practices
  • Works with business to shape and define demand

  • Manages business relationships and projects across IT teams, vendors and 3rd party providers
  • Manages a portfolio of services to address business needs
  • Oversees prioritization and delivery of solutions for area(s) of ownership to ensure value realization
  • Drives technology and business process innovation to enable competitive position
  • Anticipates needs by supporting pilots and investigating potential solutions in order to communicate solution recommendations
  • Participates in change management analysis during process design
  • Aligns process improvements with sector transformation visions

  • Assists in business value analysis of business initiatives in the area of responsibility
  • Supports development of strategic roadmap (, definition of the case for change, gaining investment approval, identifying pursuit opportunities)
  • Participates in identifying, assessing and promoting the use of new technologies for increased business value
  • Supports compliance, risk management and security strategies and programs, championing risk management and security discipline

  • Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to learn CS&L know-how and develop capabilities;
  • Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization;
  • Ability to work remotely within a virtual team with strict deadline
