Our Engineering EnablementDepartment has a purpose to accelerate our teams worldwide. We strive to provide teams with a set of tools and servicesto enable them to unlock their full potential. In short, we enablethem to deliver quality customer value quickly and autonomously.Our tools and services are built with and for our engineeringcommunity.

As anengineer in engineering enablement, you build products andplatforms for our engineers. You contribute directly to creating astate-of-the-art, self-service ecosystem of products andautomation. This is a mission you will not take on solo but as afull-fledged member of the enablement team. FollowingInner-Sourcing principles, you will work with users and maintainersthroughout the whole organization to fit your ideas into the biggerpicture: Accelerate our product teams so they can deliver qualitycustomer value quickly andautonomously.

Thisis how you will reinvent food retail 

• Build and maintainour Cloud products, technical platforms, or paved roads withstate-of-the-art technology.
• Leverage yourspecialist knowledge of your field to help decide the besttechnical architecture and solutions for our completeorganization.
• Be a part of the largerenablement community and help us improve everyday.
• Work with an “open-source and buildyourself” mentality in a corporate environment:inner-sourcing.

Your‘shoppinglist’

• 5+years
• You have hands-on experience withobservability tooling preferably the Grafana (LGTM)stack;
• You have experience working withpython
• You have experience with infrastructureend-to-endtesting

Ouroffer

• An annualsalary of up to €100K (including holiday allowance & bonus),depending on your seniority based on a full-timeworkweek.
