Manpower is looking for an Online Event ProjectManager for an organization based inMaastricht.
As part of theProgramme Office team, you collaborate closely with your colleaguesto provide comprehensive administrative and organizational supportservices. This involves handling various aspects of organizing bothface-to-face and online training events in Luxembourg and abroad,ensuring smooth logistical arrangements, and overseeingadministrative, marketing, and contractual tasks. You areresponsible for preparing activity budgets, managing invoices fromsuppliers and experts, and liaising with the financial departmentfor payment processing. Additionally, you utilize EIPA’s socialmedia platforms and learning management system to enhance outreachand training initiatives, engaging with participants andtrainers/experts as the main contact point for logistics.
In your role, you play a pivotal part in theday-to-day operations of the Master of European Legal Studiesprogramme. You support students and faculty, manage budgets, andmaintain communication with a institutional partner. Furthermore,you are actively involved in implementing EU-funded projects,working closely with the project team and partners. This entailsserving as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, managingproject budgets, and providing organizational support to ensure thesuccessful delivery of project outcomes. This dynamic role may alsoinvolve occasional travel abroad to oversee project activities.Throughout these responsibilities, your aim is to contributeeffectively to the overall success and impact of the programs andinitiatives.

- IT-literacy in Microsoft Office, LMS Moodle, videoconferencing platforms, and social media
- Proficiency in web mastering and/orE-learning-related IT-skills (an advantage)

- Ability to coordinate services provided bydifferent suppliers and maintain an overview, both internally andexternally
