Operations and Maintenance Technician - Water treatment

About the Role:

As an Operation and Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facilities. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, performing maintenance, obtaining and analysing water samples, and ensuring proper process parameters and chemical stock levels. Your proactive approach and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

About You:

  • You possess a secondary diploma and have 1-3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You are a skilled operator with experience adjusting equipment (or willing to learn)
  • You are proficient in performing level 1,2 and 3 maintenance tasks (electrical or mechanical)
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to collect,analyse,and log water samples.
  • You are attentive to detail and ensure proper process parameters,chemical stock levels,and spare part inventory.
  • You are proactive and capable of working independently.
  • You are a team player
