About the Job

Your main responsibilities will be:

ensure that global operations teams have access to methodology and tools associated with change management and increase user adoption (sustain)

lead our teams through the Danone change- and knowledge management methodology and helps them translate it to their programs/products.

collaborate with the teams responsible for change management, without being always involved directly in the projects they oversee.

About You

You have a passion for Digital and appetite to be part of a big Digital Transformation from the very beginning,

On top of that:

You are a senior change management professional, ideally with experience in Operations (not essential) and a proven track of managing change with people (essential).

Ability to communicate well with people of different levels and backgrounds.

Experienced in creating change- and communication plans, facilitating workshops, change impact assessment sessions and delivering training.

Being familiar with any standard change management methodology is nice to have (Kotter, McKinsey, ADKAR, , and knowing the Danone Transformation Model is expected. Understanding the importance of sustaining the change (last phase of change management) will be critical to focusing on the activities related to knowledge management.
