In the role of Principal Software Engineer - GenAI Software Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of testing frameworks and quality assurance processes for our GenAI services. Your expertise will be vital in creating a robust, scalable, and reliable quality engineering strategy that aligns with the innovative nature of GenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks for GenAI services to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.

Identify and mitigate the unique challenges associated with testing and validating LLM-based solutions.

Work collaboratively with the development team to integrate quality processes into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring early detection and resolution of issues.

Establish quality metrics and benchmarks for continuous monitoring and improvement of GenAI services.

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers in best practices and advanced testing methodologies specific to AI and machine learning.

Influence and establish a culture of quality-first mindset across engineering teams.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technological advancements in AI quality assurance to continually enhance our testing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality engineering and test automation, with a significant focus on AI or machine learning projects.

Deep understanding of LLMs and experience with testing methodologies for AI-based applications.

Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in quality engineering (e.g., Python, Selenium, JUnit).

Solid background in software engineering principles, especially as they pertain to testability and quality.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms and their associated quality challenges.

Familiarity with AI-specific testing tools and frameworks.

Experience with cloud services and infrastructure related to AI quality assurance (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
