IDEXX is hiring a Process Analyst E-Invoicing to join our new Global Business Services (GBS) Organization. As a process analyst for E-Invoicing you will be the driving force in rolling out e -invoicing for customers and improving e-invoicing processes.

In this Role
The Process Analyst e-invoicing role is responsible for IDEXX’s electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) process as a subject matter expert. The position is responsible for e-invoicing connectivity, vendor management, compliance, as well as framing and driving IDEXX’s e-invoicing strategy. In this position the Process Analyst will support cross functional efforts regarding IDEXX’s end-to-end to e-invoicing processing. This includes supporting on-going maintenance of existing infrastructure, advising on potential strategic tools that could be utilized, while understanding any e-invoicing impacts on other Global Business Services (GBS) processes.
As the center point for IDEXX’s e-invoicing, the Analyst will work closely with cross functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Tax, IT, Customer Support,…). In this capacity the Analyst will determine requirements, testing plans and resourcing needs to maintain IDEXX existing connectivity as well as future rollouts, enhancements and automation projects. The e-invoicing analyst will also follow changes in regulation and proposes solutions to support IDEXX’s strategy and ensure compliance.
