Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer at our company, you will play a critical role in the expansion of E-magy material manufacturing processes within our existing pilot plant. Your expertise will also be pivotal in developing a full-scale industrial manufacturing line.
He/she participates – leads – initiates improvement projects, development of new production equipment and supports in production campaigns.
As part of our dedicated scaling team, you will work alongside a diverse group of professionals including operators, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers, and material engineers. This multidisciplinary approach ensures comprehensive development and efficient scaling of our manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and Participate in Improvement Projects: You will take charge of and contribute to various improvement projects that enhance our production capabilities.
- Develop New Production Equipment: Innovate and design new production equipment to optimize our manufacturing processes.
- Support Production Campaigns: Provide essential support during critical production campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
We are looking for a process engineer who is eager to lead, initiate, and participate in groundbreaking projects within the material manufacturing sector. Your skills will directly contribute to the scaling of our advanced E-magy materials, setting the stage for industry-leading innovations.

Function requirements:
- HBO or higher in process engineering or equivalent experience;
- Over 4 years work experience in high tech, such as vacuum / high temperature industry;
- Experience in a production environment is considered a big plus;
- Experience in projects with multiple suppliers and a team of engineers, specifically for realization of advanced technical equipment;
- Programming experience with tools like Python or R;
- Must be able to convey complex technical information within scaling team and to other stake holders;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (documentation English)
