Procurement Coordinator
- Source, select and purchase materials and services in line with overall procurement or contracting strategy
- Issue purchase/service orders using an ERP system
- Maintain price lists and standard call off procurement contracts
- Handle queries from suppliers or internal customers
- Coordinate e-procurement activities, catalogue purchasing and standard price lists
- Responsible for the timely issue of change orders and standard price lists
- Ensure efficient expediting/progress follow up, provide feedback on the delivery status of goods and/or services ordered
Starting immediately for 32 to 40 hours|working in a pleasant environment with many challenges
- MBO working and thinking level
- Relevant work experience gained in a similar position
- Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Good understanding of contractual terms and conditions
- Experience with SAP is a bonus
