Procurement Coordinator

  • Source, select and purchase materials and services in line with overall procurement or contracting strategy
  • Issue purchase/service orders using an ERP system
  • Maintain price lists and standard call off procurement contracts
  • Handle queries from suppliers or internal customers
  • Coordinate e-procurement activities, catalogue purchasing and standard price lists
  • Responsible for the timely issue of change orders and standard price lists
  • Ensure efficient expediting/progress follow up, provide feedback on the delivery status of goods and/or services ordered

Starting immediately for 32 to 40 hours|working in a pleasant environment with many challenges

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • Relevant work experience gained in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Good understanding of contractual terms and conditions
  • Experience with SAP is a bonus
