Aboutthe Role - Let Your Vision Drive Technical Excellence:

As our Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our position as a reliable, innovative, and competitive partner in the CPG industry.

What will your core activities be?

  • Drive Product Excellence: As the Product Analyst, you'll take ownership of ensuring the functionality and quality of Visualfabriq products, striving for excellence at every stage.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Solution Advisors, Customers, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and design functionalities, driving products and features from concept to launch in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Backlog Management: Take accountability for the backlog and development planning, leading the Engineering team's implementation efforts. Collaborate closely with Product Director and the Product Managers to prioritize features and translate them into actionable sprint plans. Additionally, collaborate with UX to define detailed requirements and create mock-ups.
  • Knowledge Expertise: Collaborate within the domain alongside Solution Advisors and Level 3 Support as the go-to knowledge expert for Partners, Customers, and Customer Success. Ensure the availability and quality of documentation to support our stakeholders effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate Product Roadmap Features: Your primary responsibility will be to translate high-level product roadmap features into actionable requirements, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. By meticulously defining product features and functionalities, you'll pave the way for successful development and implementation.
  • Elaborate Technical Design: You'll collaborate closely with our engineering teams to elaborate on technical design aspects, ensuring that the product's technical architecture aligns seamlessly with user requirements and business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the development process towards optimal solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners, Customer Support, Product Managers, and Engineering Teams, will be essential. By effectively managing stakeholder expectations and priorities, you'll foster collaboration and alignment across the organization.
  • Prioritize and Maintain Sprint Backlog: As the gatekeeper of the product backlog, you'll prioritize features and requirements based on the product roadmap and customer feedback. Your ability to balance competing interests and maintain a forward-looking sprint plan will be critical in driving continuous product improvement and delivering value to our customers.
  • Lead Product Functional Design Process: Drawing on your intimate knowledge of user needs and technology capabilities, you'll lead the product functional design process from inception to execution. By clarifying requirements, answering developer questions, and facilitating retrospectives, you'll ensure that the product meets both user expectations and technical standards.
  • Drive User Experience Enhancement: Collaborating with partners, customers, and customer success teams, you'll define the user experience, self-service capabilities, support mechanisms, and monitoring solutions. Your focus on enhancing the user experience will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Technical Toolbox - What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Product or Project Development experience.
  • Customer-first Mindset: Proven track record of delivering solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Established background in launching software or services in partnership with Engineering teams. Proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles. 
  • Agile Expertise: A balance of agile working experience and business acumen. 
  • Proactive Leadership: A proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Organization & Accountability: High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
  • Industry Insight: Ideally provides a real-world perspective based on firsthand experience in CPG/FMCG.
  • Team Player: Great at organizing work and fostering collaboration within the team.
