Responsibilities / Tasks
In the Digital Unit Division of Food &Healthcare Technologies (FHT), we operate across the expanse of the GEA Division FHT, propelling agile digital initiatives and devising customer-focused business solutions.Your role in this dynamic team will be crucial for the further improvement of services and systems for our internal Digitalization, Service, Applications, Engineering and Sales teams.

Kempten (DE), Düsseldorf(DE), Hürth (DE), Biedenkopf-Wallau(DE), Bakel (NL) and Weert (NL)
Your responsibilities:
Represent the Food & Healthcare Technologies Division in the GEA Customer Portal Clubs and champion the division's requirements.
Identify and implement appropriate digital business concepts and technologies to create new solutions for our customers in the digital environment.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, pain points, and aspirations by interacting with customers and data.
Drive the development and definition of business requirements for digital and customer-centric solutions in a highly complex market environment.
Analyze data, find patterns and derive recommendations for action based on your findings for new product and machine features and process optimizations for individual product areas.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Excellent degree with a technical or scientific focus (e.g. physics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, business informatics)
Digital innovator with excellent interpersonal skills: Strong at building relationships and leading project teams; deeply passionate about advancing digital technologies and driving innovative solutions
You have experience in working with databases, have good technical understanding and programming experience (e.g. Python) and ideally some experience with machine learning models
You enjoy working with data and recognizing patterns and underlying drivers for greater customer benefit based on analytical models
You work in a structured and precise manner, pay attention to detail, have a strong awareness of quality and the ambition to establish the best product solutions and the best user experience for our customers
Fluency in English and ideally German, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel several days per month
