Production Coordinator/Engineer

Supermicro is looking for a that can work closely with all related departments to expedite customer requests on a daily basis. If you have a passion for this and are looking for a great opportunity, SuperMicro wants you on our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Defines and documents test/rework process following test/rework requirement of motherboards, backplanes, and add-on cards.
  • Perform products test and software upgrades per engineering change order
  • Schedule arrangement base on sales/PGM requirement
  • Work close with teams/departments to minimum release time
  • Communicate with quality team for updates and solutions on new and pending issues
  • Assists in reviewing of defects and conduct root cause analysis

    • Qualifications:

  • Good in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills
  • 2 years PCBA related experience
  • Self-management and sense of responsibility
  • Independent person and also a strong team player
  • Proficient with MS office
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus
