We zijn op zoek naar een Production Data Analyst om ons team te versterken op onze Polyurethaan plant in Terneuzen, Nederland!

De Production Data Analyst bewaakt productieafwijkingen van de standaard, onderzoekt de hoofdoorzaak van de afwijking en corrigeert waar nodig productie- en voorraadgegevens in SAP. Je stemt productie-/periodeorders af en sluit deze af nadat alle productieboekingen zijn voltooid. Je bewaakt en balanceert voorraden en voert routinematige maandafsluitingen uit.

Deze rol vereist vaardigheden in analytische/wetenschappelijke methoden of operationele processen om een gedefinieerd scala aan activiteiten uit te voeren. Kan fungeren als informele hulpbron voor teamleden met minder ervaring.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Beheert de voorraad in SAP en volgt de afwijking op tussen SAP en daadwerkelijke voorraden.

Wekelijkse stock count van verpakte materialen.

Is verantwoordelijk voor de maandsluiting.

Het coachen en aansturen van de Office professional.

Volgt het plant klerk (PDA) werk proces en identificeert en implementeert verbeteringen in het werk proces.

Informeert P&ID focal point om, indien nodig, P&ID’s te wijzigen en/of te updaten.

Controleren dat per MOC de juiste CIM (Change Impact Matrix) wordt gebruikt. Tevens zal de inhoud van de diverse reviewgroepen, indien nodig worden aangepast.

Follow-up op Corporate finance Audit, alle voorraden zullen minstens één keer per maand worden gecontroleerd. Correcties worden in ECC uitgevoerd en toegelicht.

Haalt losdocumenten PULS en de controlekamer op plus ontvangt de purchase orders in ECC.

Verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, delegeren en verdelen van taken PU documentbeheer waar nodig.

Geeft de maandelijkse update m.b.t. WebEDMS en MOC (KPI/MI).

Kwalificaties

Minimaal een MBO 4 diploma plus manufacturing of ander gerelateerde experience.

Vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
