As a Junior Project Manager you will be part of the LPS Projects Team. LPS (Lifecycle Performance Services) provides support to every FORTNA client by providing 24/7 customer-specific services. Your focus will be on mid-size modification and extension projects. You are given the task to manage ongoing projects not just on a process level but all while overseeing the technological perspective. You have the opportunity to work on automated warehouse technologies within the parcel, distribution and fulfilment industries.
You will work together in your project teams and with your customers and suppliers to define and align on schedules, workflows, risk management, relationships and cost control. You are not afraid to use your creativity and winning mentality. Modification and extension projects are built, commissioned and tested in or next to an operational situation at our customers’ locations. Understanding of the technology, clear alignment with stakeholders and understanding of all risks is key to be successful. Lead times of these projects vary between 3 months and 2 years and, depending on the phase and complexity of each, are handling 4 to 10 projects simultaneously.
