Your Impact

As a Project Manager, your mission will be to assist in the delivery of CRM solutions for our external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the team to understand customer expectations and focusing on standard CRM features.
• Assisting in coordinating and facilitating project activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Assisting in defining project implementation plans to address improvement opportunities.
• Following up with customers to communicate potential future standards and benefits.
• Assisting in leading the delivery with the team and client through the implementation process.
• Managing customer expectations.
• Completing implementation estimates that are attainable and measurable.
• Prioritizing activities to meet requirements.
• Assisting in improving existing approaches into fresh, alternative solutions.
• Acting as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the internal organization.

About YOU

• Ability to assist in leading several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Flexible approach, willing to assist in wearing multiple hats if needed.
• Experience with CRM and custom solutions is a plus
• Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to assist in leading projects and programs.
• Ability to capture the current state of customer businesses and assist in mapping out processes to implement solutions to customer’s complex business issues by respecting the standard of our application.
• A first experience in a Project Manager role is a plus.
