Project Manager

The role has a strong strategic impact. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will develop, maintain, and deliver a dynamic portfolio of solutions that meet the Strategic priorities of the business. You will work closely with R&D (Research and Development), Product and Segment Marketing, and Integrated Supply Chain functional managers to ensure that priorities across relevant products or projects are balanced and aligned to meet business needs for cost, quality and innovation.
What are your responsibilities?
The Project Manager has primary responsibility for ensuring there is a cross functionally agreed plan which can be tracked and managed. Projects will involve stakeholders from different areas of the business. Stakeholders could be across sites nationally & internationally. Therefore the post-holder must ensure that there is a sound basis for its management and overall delivery success.
The post holder is responsible for coordinating the project resources in order to ensure the project objectives are accomplished. They must have an understanding of when project exceptions need to be escalated through the portfolio governance process, ensuring options and recommendations for resolution are identified.
The post-holder will have personal and professional experience to build and manage meaningful and supportive relationships across the project team and within internal and external stakeholders throughout the delivery cycle.
