This is what you do as Project Manager

You communicate with the customer(s), research engineers and other stakeholders to align expectations and individual plannings for multiple projects. Your enthusiasm and coaching attitude stimulates the team of researcher engineers and students in achieving the project results. You manage and monitor progress, budgets, capacity and process, from acquisition until finished project.

  • The following salary scale: scale 10: min € 3,370 / max € 5,019 (cao-hbo) working on a full-time basis.

    Job requirements

    We seek a professional who fits the job profile below. Does this sound like you? Then this job is ideal for you!

  • At least two years of experience as a project manager (industry, applied research or academia), preferably in a technical field. Experience in applied research is a strong PLUS!
  • Excellent communication skills, with various stakeholders (research engineers, professors, project support, network partners, students). At least in English, preferably also in Dutch, or willing to learn this.
  • Systematical and methodical approach, but also flexible when situations ask for it.
  • Technical background (BSc or MSc) is highly recommended.
  • Enthusiastic team player, who involves engineers, companies and students in the project and is driven to contribute to team results.
