The role
As a Project Manager at C&MC, you will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and managing multiple projects within our department. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
Key accountabilities
In this role you will be:
Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control;
Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans;
Identifying and addressing project risks and issues;
Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards;
Communicating project progress and status updates to stakeholders;
Mentoring and guiding team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Skills & experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects;
Experience in the maritime or engineering industries;
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Proficiency with project management software;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction;
Relevant training, certificates, or degrees in project management or a related field.
