About the job
Minerals are of huge strategic importance to Trouw Nutrition’s business globally. The development of Trouw Nutrition’s ECA strategic initiatives has clearly highlighted the need to implement initiatives that drive better efficiencies across our business, sales profit and B2F engagement. In this new role of Project Manager Minerals, your core responsibility involves being the driving force behind the streamlining and standardization of our mineral portfolio across ECA (Europe and Central Asia) whilst also incorporating a responsible mineral approach by applying best practice knowledge from R&D. This role would involve close collaboration with the Marketing Managers and Technical managers in countries to translate strategies in local needs.
You will interdisciplinary cooperate with departments like Sales, Pricing, Procurement, Sustainability and Formulations not only at an ECA level but local level in both B2B and BDF markets. Furthermore, you will drive clarity across our mineral portfolio, and collaborate with R&D and the innovation team to develop new innovative value propositions enhancing our mineral portfolio to meet future market needs.
Planning, implementing, and monitoring brand strategies for the new Mineral Product launches is also part of this role. This role will involve close collaboration and support for local business, especially in carrying out internal and external analyses of the market, portfolio, training and upskilling local business colleagues and solutions deployment. As our Project Manager Minerals, you will have budget responsibility and control for the respective products or indication areas supported at ECA level. At least you will cooperate with external partners such as media and advertising agencies, opinion leaders and event organizations across ECA.
You will be part of the newly formed Strategic Marketing team within ECA.

What you bring

You have at least a Bachelor/Master’s degree;

Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Marketing or Project Manager;

Affinity with the agricultural sector;

Your English is fluent (both written and verbal);

You live in Europe and will be willing to travel to Amersfoort on a regular base or other locations in ECA if needed.
