### What can you expect?

### Your role

As a Project Leader, you will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects within the industrial sector. You will work on projects for clients in industries such as (petro)chemicals, tank terminals, and energy, ensuring that project commitments are met in terms of planning, budget, and quality.

You will act as the right hand of the Project Manager and have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects with budgets of up to approximately €250,000. At the same time, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, giving you the opportunity to develop into an independent Project Manager over time.

#### What will you be doing?

* Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through to successful completion.

* Monitor project planning, budget, progress, and quality throughout your projects.

* Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively and take appropriate action to keep projects on track.

* Work on both modifications to existing facilities (brownfield) and new-build (greenfield) projects.

* Collaborate with specialists across disciplines such as Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, and Electrical \& Instrumentation (E\&I).
