### - We require 4+ years of relevant experience. - We require hybrid working, with 2--3 days per week in our Cape Town office. - We require proficiency in Python, including strong knowledge of frameworks such as Django and Flask. - We require experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API services. - We require experience working in an English-speaking environment. - We value an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. - We value experience in application optimization for maximum speed and scalability. - We value experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. - We value experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting. - Nice to have: basic understanding of frontend JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue. - Nice to have: knowledge of CI/CD practices. - Nice to have: familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities:
