Your challenge

You will be joining our IT team and work closely with our QA Engineer. You will contribute to the quality of our release by testing and are involved in further optimising our (automatic) testing processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in defining our software quality procedures.

• Have 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically testing APIs, web applications, databases, and microservices

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, test techniques and best practices;

• Can perform and delegate functional tests on new features, improvements and bug fixes;

• Have experience in API testing and API test automation;

• Proficient in SQL with experience in PostgreSQL and relational databases;

• Have experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit) for integration, regression and end-to-end testing;

• Have experience in documenting the testing system, so colleagues can write tests as part of their CI/CD workflow;

• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes;

• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;

• A sense of independence and an ability to establish structures and processes;

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

• Effective communication and collaboration skills;
