We set objectives and continuously improve our QEHS performance, actively eliminating defects and hazards, and reducing QEHS associated risks. We communicate and consult with employees and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that our QEHS practices are enforced and constantly improved.
We are now looking for a QEHS Engineer to join our skilled Central Europe Workshop team in Central Europe Region QEHS. The role is offered as a permanent contract and the location is Schiedam, Netherlands.
What will you be doing?
As a QEHS Engineer , your tasks will revolve around managing and maintaining QEHS procedures in our Workshop and Field Service organisation in Schiedam. You will play a key role in our commitment to ensuring the safety of our employees, by establishing, communicating, and enforcing Wärtsilä’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policy.
As an ideal candidate, you are passionate about safety, health, and quality improvement practices, with strong influential skills and relevant experience in a similar role or from the field.
In this role, you will be able to work 20 % remotely, in accordance with our hybrid model.
