Your responsibilities

Ensuring the conformity of business processes with the requirements of the various management standards (ISO 9001/14001/5000/45001)

Requirements analysis and consulting for internal stakeholders on the automation and optimisation of business processes

Process design and interface management in the area of process automation

Optimisation of existing business process automation workflows (BPA)

Project management including communication with internal customers and development teams

Estimation of capacities and implementation of error analyses

Evaluation of planned and implemented projects with regard to success and potential for improvement

Your skills

Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualifications

Experienced handling of modern information and communication media

Knowledge and experience in dealing with automation solutions such as Power Apps/Automate and/or Jot forms desirable

Very good understanding of language, layout and target group-orientated preparation

Processual way of thinking, strong communication and assertiveness

Confident written and spoken German and English skills

Good knowledge of CMS and Microsoft Office applications
