Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that quality issues and defects are identified, documented, tracked and resolved within the global QN process. • Develop and ensure implementation of proper corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) in collaboration with 3PL. • Support and drive on-site continuous quality improvement campaigns, and trainings. • Develop and establish standards (SOPs, WIs) in a close cooperation between 3PL and Mettler-Toledo. • First contact onsite support for Mini Finish issues. • Process analyses and taking care of improvements. • Troubleshooting of mini finish issues. • Taking care of soft-/hardware updates when required related to Mini Finish. • Perform preventive maintenance to our Mini Finish devices.

What You Need to Succeed

• You have a bachelor degree in industrial engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering or another related subject. • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a quality engineer within an industrial environment, a production environment or a supply chain environment. • Understanding of business processes and technical demands. • Continuous Improvement and Problem-solving skills • Knowledge of standard tools 8D/CAPA. • Knowledge of SAP. • Able to work with MS-Office (outlook, power point and excel). • English language skills speaking and writing (must). German and Dutch language skills are a plus.
