Manpower is looking for a Quality Assurance EngineerManufacturing for a company based in Helmond.
In this fulltime function, you take anynecessary actions to make sure that a product or service willsatisfy customer requirements and is the driving force inimplementing continuous quality improvement. To accomplish this,you will:
- Identify non-quality factorscontinuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depthanalyses and monitor quality improvement
- Identify potential issues before they occurand implement preventive
- Plan and take anynecessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that aproduct or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan isapplied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challengesupervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
- Lead Process Audits and Process Failure ModeEffect Analysis
- Create and maintain qualitycontrol documentation, insure related training and application inthe sector
- Manage derogations
- Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysisof quality issue and problem solving on his sector
- Be a member of the Short Interval Managementof the production lines
- Be the local expert ofthe assembled products in the sector

- Fluent in English
- Bachelor inEngineering or equivalent
- Experience in amanufacturing environment
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite
- Knowledgeable inquality improvement tools, techniques & models
- Knowledgeable in statistical qualitytechniques and analysis
- Digital acumen
