The role of the QC Engineer is to ensure the qualityof inspections, both internal and external. This includesimplementing and designing procedures and policies to meet qualitystandards and ensure that engineering, production, andmanufacturing processes comply with these standards. The QCEngineer is also responsible for ensuring the company operateseffectively and remainscompetitive.

ACTIVITIES

A.General:

• Manage and oversee projectquality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations,equipment specifications, and quality management system (QMS)requirements.
• Drive quality achievement andperformance improvement throughout theorganization

B.Activities:

• Conduct inspections of theproduction process, from initial stages to finalassembly.
• Inspect structural, piping, andequipment components.
• Prepare InspectionRelease Notes and Inspection reports.
• Developproject-related specifications.
• Review welding,NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and Qualitydocuments.
• Coordinate inspections with ThirdParty and Authority InspectionOrganizations.
• Verify documentation fromsub-vendors.
• Identify and manage projectdocumentation.
• Monitor work progress anddocument flow.
• Ensure all materials procured orsupplied meet project requirements.
• Providevendor assessment and relevant data to the assigned projectbuyer.
• Generate appraisal and non-conformancereports for distribution andapproval.
• Establish service standards for endusers (internal departments or externalcustomers).

C.Other:

• Ensure all work and taskscomply with the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 QHSEProcedures.
• Assist the company in achieving"Best Practice" and "First Time Right"objectives.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness inmaking business decisions.
• Complete allrelevant assigned tasks.
• Maintain a neat andorganized work environment within thedepartment.
• Travel as required for jobresponsibilities.

• Understanding of KOG products andactivities.
• Interest and knowledge ofmechanical and structural aspects within the Oil & Gasindustry.
• Proficiency in both written andspoken Dutch and English languages.
