Job Description

You will support the Plant Manager with QMS & GMP program for site. Ensuring all customer complaints are investigated, review and prepare reports for customer complaints within the designated time frame. Support all internal / external compliance & customer audits.

  • Support all the activities associated with QMS & GMP program.
  • Support internal / external compliance audits (BRC, ISO, FDA & Customer)
  • Complete investigations reports for customer complaints, keep clear records of current and historical data.
  • Support & lead weekly Customer Complaint review meeting in absence of manager.
  • Support the management & controls of all site quality documentation
  • Lead the GMP audits throughout site
  • Own all the activities concerning pest control.
  • Have ownership concerning PQS and other quality related trainings. Make sure the workforce is trained in the respective subject on time.
  • Ensure testing of containers in line with the current quality validation and verification plan for allergens, pathogens, swab testing and wetness testing.
  • HACCP Lead for plant.
  • Perform regular product audits.
  • Knowledge of Pallecon container business & technical specifications
