Position Overview
As a SAP Basis Service Manager, you will have a key role leading our outsourced partner practice who manage and govern multiple SAP ecosystems from a Basis perspective according to best practices and standards linked to the different product leverage by each of the instances. Leveraging our preferred service provider resources, you are responsible to ensure the SAP Basis team deliver high quality services associated to the deployment and maintenance of complex SAP landscapes, implementing technical changes, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the system is running smoothly.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions that leverage the best capabilities of SAP Technical Stack and associated products. You will also be the go-to person and thought leader for any SAP technical Platforms managed by CRH Europe, providing guidance and support to stakeholders, including but not limited to Architects and various SAP Functional teams.
