We are seeking a results-driven SAP senior manager with experience on SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation to be part of our SAP business and system integration practice with focus on Communication, Media & Technology industries (CMT). The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SAP Finance Transformation, complemented by exceptional soft skills and a good understanding of CMT industry business models and peculiarities. As an SAP senior transformation manager, you will be responsible for helping client in the shaping of their S/4 Finance transformation, overseeing the successful implementation and management of SAP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering value to our clients in the Communication, Media & Technology industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Shape and sell SAP Finance transformation programs to clients, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Translate client needs into effective Finance solutions, providing expert guidance and recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.
Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Finance solutions (S/4 HANA Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, etc,), including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Ideate and shape new, innovative, and highly customized approaches to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges. Navigate uncertainty and develop creative solutions that deliver maximum value and impact.
Build strong client relationships, act as trusted advisor, and communicate complex concepts convincingly. Manage stakeholders at all levels, address concerns, and facilitate effective collaboration.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to senior client personnel, showcasing the value and benefits of SAP Finance solutions.
Lead commercial activities, including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns for High-Tech industries.
Understand clients' operations and align SAP solutions with their strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor SAP professionals, foster collaboration, and drive high performance.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects, proactively addressing potential issues.
Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries.
Develop thought leadership content, contribute to industry forums, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills:
SAP-accredited or certified experience.
Demonstrable extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP finance consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful S/4 HANA transformations.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA finance capabilities, including SAC planning and Group Reporting modules. Additionally, a good knowledge and experience on Real Estate vertical would be an asset.
Current knowledge of finance processes for Communication, Media and Technology businesses with a keen understanding of their specific ERP and finance requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Consulting mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive implementation efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g. S/4 HANA Finance) would be a plus.
Proficiency in English, and knowledge of German or French would be an asset.
