Zero Motorcycles is hiring a SAP Support Analyst (SAP S/4HAna) to join forces with our team in EMEA and US on different aspects of the SAP implementation. We are operational on SAP S4HANA with the following modules: OTC, PMS, PTP, STR, MTS, QM.

Areas of responsibility:

Provide functional support for EU end user SAP requests, create documentation of local processes and goal achievement in a timely and cost-conscious manner.

EU End user training support for SAP S/4HANA and the application landscape in the supply chain area (SAP modules MM, (E)WM, PP).

Provide 1st & 2nd level support for EU employees and business leaders.

Provide training and support to key users, assisting in issue resolution, and conducting workshops to promote effective utilization of SAP Modules, workflows and processes.

Collaborate with other Business Applications specialist inside and outside the organisation to reach quick and effective solutions to issues, monitoring the status of the que of requests pending and resolved.

Create user manuals and internal Best Practices for all departments.

Manage external consultants and communication with IT in US.

Support with further implementation ideas and development including new modules and activities that include APAC and other territories.

Required Education/Experience:

Degree in Information Technology is a plus.

3-5 years professional experience with SAP as a generalist .

Professional experience in one or more of the SAP modules MM, PP, (E)WM.

Ideally having experience with S/4.

Fluent in English, and Dutch.

Solution-oriented with strong communication skills.

Resilient team player with high flexibility.
