Job Description
As a Semiconductor Reliability Engineer at Qualinx, you will be responsible for establishing key reliability failure mechanisms of our products.
- You will determine key reliability failures including stresses of high temperature, high humidity or temperature cycling.
- You will develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the Qualinx products meet reliability specifications and standards. This involves establishing testing protocols, quality control measures, and reliability metrics.
- You will collaborate with the design and operations team to improve the reliability of our products. This could include recommending design changes or process improvements to enhance reliability.
- You will link and collaborate between our internal testing team and our external testing partner.
Qualinx is looking for a result-driven and conscientious Reliability Engineer. Someone who thrives in an environment where your proactive and can-do attitude is highly appreciated. The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering degree.
- 5+ years of overall experience in semiconductor reliability
- You have strong knowledge of semiconductor process defects/root causes, failure analysis and defect screening methodologies
- You have strong experience with wear-out failure mechanics, and models, wafer-level reliability tests, test structures and industry standards.
- You have strong knowledge of the qualification process of semiconductors
- You have ISO expertise and the ability to move us toward qualification and compliance.
- You are a self-starter, comfortable in a startup environment, and able to create structure around you
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and strong stakeholder management skills.
