We’re looking for a Senior Analysis,Business Analysis & Insights in Schiphol, Rijk

Analyse multiple data sources and produce timely quality insights on Liberty Global's commercial and operational performance, recent business and technology trends, perform benchmark analysis, and review competitive actions (e.g., product launches, pricing adjustments, offers). Support Senior Manager and Director of Business Analysis and Insights, as well as the broader CEO Office team.

The role involves understanding the data and insight needs of senior management in decision-making process, tracking and monitoring respective operational metrics.

Furthermore, this role requires maintaining constructive dialogue with markets counterparts (commercial, strategy, finance teams).

The job role holder will also be able to deputise for the Senior Manager Business Analysis and Insights whenever is necessary.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and support key elements of commercial analysis and reporting for the CEO Office.
• Perform analysis to identify relevant business trends, operational performance, and industry benchmarks.
• Prepare commercial analysis and reports for the CEO, Board meetings, and internal events.
• Collect and report on operating metrics for the monthly CEO 360 meetings.
• Support transition of commercial analysis to Power BI, including data cleaning, transformation, and modelling.
• Design visually appealing and insightful Power BI dashboards for executive audiences.
• Create custom Power BI visualizations based on Chief of Staff requests.
• Work in an international environment, engaging with stakeholders across different time zones.

Knowledge & Experience

• Relevant years experience across a mixture or finance, strategy, consultancy and/or commercial operations. Industry knowledge in telecom and media preferred.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis, business modelling and storytelling skills.
• Expert Excel and Power BI proficiency, excellent PowerPoint skills.

Preferred education/ qualifications

• Masters Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering.

• Ability to present commercial, financial and complex insights in concise and compelling ways.

• Position requires professionalism, discretion and ability to work within deadlines in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong teaming capabilities with the ability to operate independently.
