TRANSFER PRICING SENIOR ANALYST

Location: Amsterdam

Working in our transfer pricing team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in transfer pricing across the whole group and every facet of a diverse operating model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The team is looking for a successful Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst who will be involved in the complete transfer pricing life cycle, including:

Your main focus:

Assisting the Senior Manager with reviewing and maintaining various global transfer pricing models and updating policies.

Working with external advisors for reviewing global Master File, Local Files, Country by Country notifications, and ensuring compliance with the latest OECD and local country guidelines.

Assisting on operational transfer pricing for all true ups, royalties and service allocations.

Drafting, tracking and summarizing global intercompany services and royalties and ensuring intercompany agreements are put in place and kept up to date in cooperation with legal and relevant teams.

Assistance in data gathering, data analysis, creating presentations and responding to questions for transfer pricing related matters in audits and the day-to-day business.

As the Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst, you will report to the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, and work closely with the Senior Director Transfer Pricing and the Operational Transfer Pricing Manager on global transfer pricing topics including local and global documentation, operational transfer pricing, transfer pricing audits and global projects.

You are solutions orientated, pay meticulous attention to detail and enjoy working on complex transfer pricing issues.

As an experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst you are self motivated, resourceful and proactive in a deadline- driven environment and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:

A degree in Accounting and Finance, Law, Economics or similar area

At least three years transfer pricing experience

Experience of working in a dynamic team and fast paced international environment

Transfer pricing technical and writing skills

Master the English language on a near native level
