The role
In your role as Senior Quality Engineer E&A you will be responsible for defining risk mitigation and compliancy review methods in development of E&A in our vessels. This with a focus on RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability, and security) during the Life Cycle. Besides this defining, analyzing, monitoring/reporting and guiding the Quality control methods and performance of these phases. This in such way that Risks are mitigated in a controlled manner and that we will have a Continuous improvement throughout all the product phases. The work field is based within our Platform team E&A. This objective expert role is new within Damen Workboats and of upmost importance considering the changeover to a more Sustainable / electrical product portfolio and the developments on Automation.
