Why we need you
Lepaya seeks an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Client Operations Squad team, this means that you will be focused on scaling our client’s journey. You will work on projects such as automating processes and allowing clients to streamline the logistic aspects of their training.
You will positively impact our Clients’ lives by leading the product delivery by planning, designing, and implementing high-quality software. In addition to new features, you will also be responsible for maintaining and refactoring legacy code when applicable, by writing flexible, efficient, tested, and clean code that is well-tested.

What you’ll bring

+5 years of experience developing robust production-level web applications, preferably B2B
-
+3 years of experience with Typescript and PostgreSQL
-
You feel confident touching a React front-end. Familiar with infrastructure, workflows, and pipelines

Fluent in English, with clear, effective communication tailored to the audience, ensuring mutual understanding

You are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and excel at cross-functional collaboration.

Strong sense of ownership with a solution-oriented mindset
Your first-year achievements

Contribute to shaping our product for the Client Persona, with a focus on their operational tasks, by developing high-quality and scalable software

Work comfortably across the stack with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Jest, and Terraform

Work closely with your team doing pair-programming sessions and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Advocate for improving our processes, product quality, security, and performance

By keeping yourself updated with industry trends and technologies, you will elevate our Client experience and contribute to your team’s development
