Job Description Summary

Global Technology Services (GTS) is Aegon's global IT partner that provides infrastructure services, information security and global/corporate application support for Aegon's businesses around the world.

From 6 locations in the US, the Netherlands, UK, and Hungary, we support 20+ country units and 24000+ employees in the world. Our support consists of a wide range of centralized global IT services such as programming, database management, project management, agile/dev/ops, and more.

Amongst the services provided by GTS is Identity Governance and Lifecycle Management. The team is responsible for ensuring identities and access are appropriately governed by enforcing joiner/mover/leaver processes, the principals of least privilege, separation of duties, and just in time access.

As a member of the IAM Team, you will be responsible for ensuring these security principles are met through access certifications, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and governing Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze existing processes, gather business requirements, and develop use cases to mature and utilize SailPoint IdentityNow solution.
  • Assist in analyzing application entitlements and access to aid in onboarding applications into SailPoint IdentityNow solution.
  • Manage access recertification campaigns through enterprise identity governance tool.
  • Consult with application owners and business unit leaders to provide thought leadership in establishing secure identity access management.
  • Partner with peers to assess existing processes and assist in finding areas of opportunity to build efficiencies into those processes.
  • Draft process and end user guide documentation.
  • Partner with Risk and Controls to ensure IAM is meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and support monthly metric and KPI reporting.
  • Assist in handling escalations from customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • What You Will Need:

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems or equivalent knowledge.
  • 5+ years working within an Identity and Access Management role
     
  • Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience working with an enterprise Identity Management tool (SailPoint or other).
  • Experience onboarding application entitlements into an access management system.
  • Agile methodology knowledge, and working within an agile team
  • Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication, decision making and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and remote environment, adapt quickly to change and learn new applications or environments is required.
  • Must be highly organized and maintain quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Extreme attention to detail is necessary due to audit and regulatory requirements.

  • Working Conditions

  • Out-of-hours support evenings and weekends via on-call rotation, may be required to support customer and GTS requirements.
  • Travel to other GTS locations may be required, less than 10%.

    Compensation:

    The US salary for this position generally ranges between $86,400 - $115,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

    Additionally in the US, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.

    Expected Starting Salary Range: £34,080 - £46,860

    *This position is also eligible for an incentive bonus
