We might have the right job for you! Cloetta is now looking for a Senior Application Specialist with a focus on Integrations for Global IT. This role can be based in our offices in Malmö (Sweden), Breda (The Netherlands) or in Turku (Finland).

Your position

You will be located in one of our offices in Malmö (SE), Breda (NL) or in Turku (FI) and you may travel to our offices and factories in Europe where applicable. We have a hybrid work environment where you will have the possibility to work from home remotely.

Your responsibility will be to…

  • Design and develop integrations, including EDI, between Cloetta and its trading partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business process specialists, key users, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and transform them into technical integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve business processes and define integration best practices and standards.
  • Evaluate existing solutions and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
  • Participate in tactical forums with business stakeholders.
  • Serve Cloetta’s best interests when working and integrating with external companies and systems.

    • You have the following qualifications…

  • Educated to Bachelor/master’s degree level, preferably in information technology or other relevant area.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Senior Integration Specialist, or comparable role or a strong drive to take a step forward into a senior role.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical approach in problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good change management skills. 
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, and well-organized.
  • Native in Swedish, Dutch, or Finnish. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

    • You have good knowledge within these areas…

  • Internal and external system integrations between different systems and trading partners, knowledge of integrations against an ERP system is a strong plus and experience from Infor M3, preferably Cloud Edition, is an advantage.
  • Complex data integration issues, system integration patterns, (REST) APIs, knowledge of the Infor ION Middleware is a plus.
  • Familiar with software development, preferably Java, SQL, and XML file format. Knowledge of EDIFACT is a plus.
  • Cloud-based integration / iPaaS.
