What you'll be doing:

Create specifications, engineering drawings, and ways of working documents.

Ensure first-time-right engineering, engaging with colleagues to handle potential problems.

Manage standard solution projects from final design to installation, following the sales process steps meticulously. Take ownership of projects/tasks, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to colleagues. Deliver all necessary training within your areas of expertise to ensure colleagues are equipped to handle standardized solutions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a significant experience in construction design, production design, or product design. This role will place you at the intersection of these fields, coordinating all aspects that go onto the factory floor, its interfaces with the building and its functions.

As an Engineer in the Solution unit we believe you are self-reliant, ambitious, got a lot of grit and humor, enjoy multitasking and have a passion for both people and technology in our fast-paced work environment. You have great English written and verbal skills to ensure smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders.

Bonus points for:

BSc. in Engineering, preferably within Production Management/Logistics/Engineering, Process or Mechanical Engineering or similar

Professional experience with 3D/2D Factory Design tools such as Autodesk Revit, Inventor, AutoCAD

Know-how in good PLM-practices

Intermediate mechanical CAD-skills
